A few quick things parents need to know before booking. Full booking terms are shown during the online booking process.
Safety first
All riders need an active waiver, helmet and enclosed shoes. Bikes and scooters must have bar ends on handlebars.
Bring your own food
BYO food, drinks and cake. We also have a small kiosk with cold drinks, ice creams and snacks.
Party room access
Your VIP Party Room is the spot for food, cake, presents and decorations.
Booking terms
Details about safety, decorations, cleanup, cancellations and changes are included in the online booking process.
Vert Ramp note: The Vert Ramp is not included for general party use. Access may be considered by prior agreement for advanced riders only, at management discretion.

How do we book?
Choose your preferred available date and time online, pay the 50% deposit, and your party spot is reserved.
How many riders can attend?
Private parties can include up to 40 riders. Non-riding guests are welcome, but space in the party room is limited. We recommend keeping non-riding guests to immediate family and essential supervising adults where possible.
Do kids need experience?
No. Parties can suit a mix of abilities, from newer riders through to more experienced riders. Guests need to follow safety directions and ride within their ability.
Do adults need waivers and helmets too?
Yes. Every rider must have an active waiver, helmet and enclosed shoes before riding. This includes kids, teenagers, older siblings, parents and adult guests.
What if someone already has a waiver?
If a rider already has a current Slam Factory waiver on file, they do not need to complete a new one.
Can guests borrow gear?
We have a limited number of scooters, skateboards and helmets available to borrow. We recommend guests bring their own gear where possible.
What happens if we need to cancel or change dates?
Your 50% deposit secures your chosen party date and time. The deposit is non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. Reschedules may be considered at management discretion for genuine extenuating circumstances, subject to availability.
Need a smaller option?
For smaller groups, we may be able to offer Public Session Party Room Hire during selected public sessions.
The skatepark remains open to the public, and each rider books and pays for their normal ride session. Party room hire starts from $50 per hour, subject to availability and staffing.
Public Session Party Room Hire is limited and needs to be checked with our team before booking.
