BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY

At Slam Factory, we have two exciting options for your party: hire the entire skatepark for a Private Party or join a public session and have a Public Session Party with your friends.

1. PRIVATE PARTIES

A Private Party at Slam Factory, you’ll have exclusive access to the entire skatepark for 2 hours—just you and up to 40 riders! This capacity does not include non-riding guests. Bring your skateboards, scooters, bikes, or roller/inline skates. For your convenience, approximately 5 skateboards and 10 scooters are included in your booking for guests who may not have their own gear.

Don’t forget to bring helmets! Safety is our priority, and all riders are required to wear helmets while using the skatepark.

You also get to bring in as much hot and cold food and drinks as you like. We are happy to store a cake in our fridge or freezer until you're ready to sing Happy Birthday. You get to choose the tunes that are pumping through our sound system, and if you need Party Invitations, we have that covered as well – you can click here to download our Party Invitation Template (3x per A4 page that can be printed and cut).

Please note that Private Parties at Slam Factory are extremely popular and we only have limited spots available, so to avoid disappointment, we recommend booking your desired date and time at least 3 months in advance.

Private Parties are $450 and run on the following days and times below.

  • Saturday: 4pm - 6pm
  • Sunday: 8am - 10am
  • Sunday: 10am - 12pm
  • Sunday: 4pm - 6pm 
  • Sunday: 6.15 pm - 8.15pm

To secure your Private Party, a minimum deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid up until the day of the party.

Cancellations or date changes made within 48 hours of your booking (i.e., the date your deposit is paid) will receive a full refund. 

Any cancellations made after 48 hours will lead to the forfeit of your initial deposit. However, at our discretion a partial refund may be granted. 

2. PUBLIC SESSION PARTIES

A Public Session Party  is held during our regular public session hours. You hire our reserved VIP party room, in the quieter area of the Skateshop for just $50 for 1 hour. Set up your food and drinks there, before diving into a full 2-hour riding session at only $20 per rider.

For example, if 5 kids attend a party during the 10 am - 12 pm session, they can enjoy 2 hours of riding while reserving the party space from 11 am to 12 pm. This totals $150 ($20 x 5 riders = $100 + $50 room hire). While you will be sharing the skatepark with the public, having your own dedicated area to relax and celebrate makes this a cost-effective option for smaller groups.

The hire cost of the party room has to be paid in full at time of booking to reserve your time slot.  Additionally it is essential to book in each guest online to ensure they have reserved their spot during our public session slots.

 

Advisory for Party Bookings

Thank you for considering Slam Factory for your party event! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please take note of the following:

  1. Booking Duration: Party room or event hire is for a total of 2 hours. Additional time for setup or cleanup may be granted at the discretion of our staff, depending on room availability. Please be aware that overstaying your allocated booking time may incur additional costs.

  2. Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee may apply if the room is not left in a satisfactory condition. This will be assessed at the discretion of our staff at the conclusion of your event.

  3. Waiver Forms: All participants (Riders) are required to complete the Slam Factory Waiver form before participating. For children from different families, separate waiver forms must be completed. We encourage you to share the waiver link with the parents or guardians of the children attending your event to facilitate this process.
