School Holiday Camps at Slam Factory Indoor Skatepark

Slam Factory's School Holiday Camps are back – now with full-day options, 1-on-1 coaching, and flexible hours to better support families and working parents!

Each day is packed with professional coaching, skatepark games, skill-focused sessions, equipment maintenance lessons, and time to ride and connect with others in a safe, supportive space.

We offer separate coaching streams for Scooter, Skateboard, and Rollerskate riders, with shared activities like warm-ups, breaks, and lunch.

Camp Options & Pricing

  • Full-Day Camp: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm riding time
    (Supervised Drop-off from 8:00 am; Pick-up until 5:45 pm) – $100 per day

  • 3-Day Special: Book three full consecutive days – $270 (save $30)

  • Hire Equipment: Available from $5–$15 (limited – pre-booking advised)

All full-day riders are supervised across four sessions, with a 1-hour lunch break, two shorter breaks, and a personalised 1-on-1 coaching session built into each day.

Who Can Join?

Our camps are perfect for children aged 5 and up who already have basic skatepark skills and can:

  • Ride independently, including dropping in on curved ramps at least 2 feet tall

  • Navigate around other riders confidently

  • Wear a helmet and enclosed, non-slip shoes (required for all riders)

If your child isn’t quite ready for a group setting, you can book a Private Lesson instead.

Camp Dates

  • Scooter Camp: Tuesday 16 – Thursday 18 April & Tuesday 22 – Thursday 24 April

  • Skateboard Camp: Tuesday 16 – Thursday 18 April & Wednesday 23 April

  • Rollerskate Camp: Tuesday 22 April only

Structured Learning & Progression

Riders attending three consecutive full days will follow a progressive program, with each day building on the last. Activities include:

  • Targeted trick development and confidence-building exercises

  • Equipment maintenance (learn to care for and adjust your own setup)

  • Opportunities to explore different skatepark features and zones

  • Group games and challenges to build community and stoke

Important Information

Booking Terms:

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours to secure your spot

  • Payment options: Online, in person, or over the phone

  • To claim the 3-Day Discount, payment must be made in person or by calling (02) 4355 1557

  • Refunds are not available unless a replacement rider from the waitlist fills your spot

Late Pick-up Policy:
Our staff work long days during holiday camps, and timely pickups are essential.
Children must be collected by 5:45 pm.
Pick-ups after 5:45 pm will incur a $10 fee per 10 minutes, and after 6:00 pm, the fee increases to $30 per 15 minutes entered to cover additional staffing.

Waiver Requirement:
All riders must have a completed Slam Factory Waiver before attending. No need to submit again if it's already on file.

Age & Supervision:
Riders under 10 must be supervised by a parent or guardian outside of camp hours. Slam Factory cannot take responsibility for children before 8:00 am or after 5:45 pm.

What to Bring

  • Lunch, snacks, and a refillable water bottle

  • Safety Gear (helmets required; padding and other protective gear highly recommended)

  • Skatepark-appropriate footwear (closed, non-slip shoes)

  • Optional: Spending money for drinks and snacks from the Skate Shop (ice creams, cold drinks, lollies, chips, etc.)
