Slam Factory is more than a skatepark – it’s a community. Since 2001, we’ve been a place where riders of all ages come to learn, progress and feel supported. We’re always looking for positive, reliable and enthusiastic people to join our team.
Whether you’re coaching, helping families in the shop, supporting holiday camps or working at Drop In Coffee Cart, you play a valuable role in creating a safe, fun and welcoming space for riders.

Coaching Roles
- Scooter

Retail & Skate Shop
- Helping riders choose gear
- Using our POS system (training provided)
- Keeping the shop organised and welcoming
Holiday Camps & Events
- Supporting games, groups and supervision
- Helping run full-day camp timetables
- Keeping the park safe and tidy
Drop In Coffee Cart
- Friendly customer service
- Making coffee and drinks (training available)
- Maintaining a clean service area
General Requirements
- Minimum age: 16 years
- Punctual, reliable and positive attitude
- Comfortable speaking with riders and parents
- Willing to help with cleaning and reset duties
- Ability to stay proactive during busy and quiet periods
- If 18+: Working With Children Check (WWCC required or able to obtain)
- First aid is a bonus
Coaching roles also require:
- Confident riding ability in your main sport
- Comfort working with children aged 3 to adult
- Weekend, evening and school holiday availability
- Willingness to follow safe progression systems
